Top Questions

  • Absolutely! We need volunteers for event setup, administrative support, photography, marketing assistance, student mentoring, and general program support. Musical background is helpful but not required for most volunteer roles.

  • Our 60+ Arts program specifically welcomes senior volunteers. Many of our most dedicated volunteers are seniors who support performances, mentor youth, assist with events, and bring wisdom and experience to our programs.

  • Volunteer opportunities range from one-time event support to ongoing program assistance. You choose your level of involvement based on your schedule and interests. Even a few hours can make a meaningful difference.

  • Yes! We provide orientation and training for all volunteer roles. Whether you're helping with events, supporting programs, or mentoring students, we ensure you feel prepared and confident in your volunteer role.

  • We welcome family volunteers! Many opportunities allow parents and children to serve together, creating meaningful shared experiences while supporting CAAPA's mission.
